Grief and Loss

Grief is a natural and deeply personal response to losing someone or something meaningful. It can bring waves of sadness, longing, anger, or confusion, and often challenges one’s sense of identity and purpose. There is no single “right” way to grieve—each person’s process unfolds in their own time and way.

Therapy offers a supportive space to explore the emotions of loss, make sense of changes, and begin to integrate the memory of what was lost into a new chapter of life. Through reflection, meaning-making, and compassionate connection, many find that healing does not mean forgetting, but rather learning to carry love and memory forward.
