Psychiatric Services We Offer

With an evidence-based approach to mental health treatment, the psychiatrists at South County Psychiatry are able to offer effective treatment. Three of the main services we offer include psychotherapy, medication management, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is sometimes referred to as talk therapy as it involves talking and listening. It is important that you feel heard and express what - and how - you are feeling. And, we want you to listen as we help give you the tools you need and empower you to use them.

Psychotherapy is a common treatment used for many different mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction, stress, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, specific phobias, and various negative thought patterns.

Medication Management

Medication can be used for all sorts of mental illnesses, but it is commonly used to help treat depression, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic disorders, and more. Some mental health conditions can be better treated with medication, either alone or in combination with another type of treatment. So, at South County Psychiatry, we offer medication management by carefully and methodically monitoring the treatment in order to yield the right results.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

This non-invasive procedure is used to stimulate nerve cells in the brain as part of a safe and effective treatment method for major depression and OCD.

What Our Patients Are Saying

“Going into the appointment I was extremely nervous due to past experiences with doctors. After this phone call it's like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. The receptionist was kind and responded quickly. Dr. Gallo was kind, informative, and a great listener. I'm so glad I found this place!”
Corey V.

“Dr. Creta has been understanding completely transparent throughout my time over telehealth with her. She tells things as they are and doesn't work around your questions. I've had many doctors that seem to dodge questions like politicians. Thank you Dr. Creta”
Mike H.

“Dr. Gallo is an incredible doctor and I recommend anyone looking for a new doctor to definitely see him! He takes his time to always answer my questions and concerns. He is prompt answering all of my messages promptly. Thank you Dr.Gallo!”
